Founded in 2020, Volta Capital LLC is a Private Investment Fund firm dedicated to scale companies within the energy sector. We are a unique firm which its engineering & construction heritage has allowed us to build great companies by integrating state of the art technology to lead emerging markets, such as the Mexican power market with outstanding performance.
Today we are ongoing a global expansion to build a unique portfolio with low correlated assets and in complex energy markets.We are amidst an industry transformation, driven by the need to meet the growing demand for energy and power while managing climate change risks. Achieving these objectives requires the vast mobilization of capital on an unprecedented scale.
